In conversations with my clients over the past few weeks, many leaders and their teams have adjusted to working remotely by leveraging technology to communicate. However, they are questioning if they are sufficiently “connected” with their teams to show that they care, and, if they are providing the necessary support to maintain their team’s productivity. They recognize that each individual on their team is experiencing this pandemic differently and that maintaining a regular personal connection with them is critical.
